What you can write about

Pretty much anything related to the site. Some examples of stuff that actually gets responses:

• Something on the site is broken or behaves weird
• You have an idea for a feature that would make this better
• Your CPS score doesn't seem right and you want it checked
• You want to suggest a different test mode or ranking system
• You're a content creator and want to mention the site
• Business stuff, partnerships, advertising questions

Just please don't send "hello?" with nothing else. Tell me what's actually going on so I can help.

Other ways to reach out

Before you write

If your message is "the site doesn't work on my phone" — please mention which phone, which browser, and what specifically isn't working. Same goes for any bug. Without that I can't really do anything except say "hmm that's weird".

For score issues, screenshots help a lot. Most "wrong score" reports turn out to be the timer working differently than expected, but I'd rather check than ignore.
